Naomi Campbell is looking for girls with "fearless spirits" for her new TV show.
The British supermodel is appearing as a mentor on new show The Face, which aims to find the next big fashion star.
This month, two open casting calls will be staged to find contestants for the programme and Naomi has discussed what qualities she will be looking for.
"I'm looking for contestants who have the whole package - a beautiful face; healthy, toned body; unique look; interesting personality; confidence; and, above all, strong work ethic and drive. I'm seeking someone who possesses a global, worldly outlook, but can also be seen as a home-grown girl next door," she said in a press release.
"Most importantly, I'm looking for a model with a fearless spirit who can completely transform like a chameleon, and take you on a unique journey that makes you believe that even the impossible is possible. If I find that, I'll find a truly great model!"
Hopefuls will need to complete questionnaires in order to be considered for the show, which is airing on US cable network Oxygen.
The wannabe models will need to explain how they deal with criticism and whether they take direction well.
"If you had Aladdin's lamp and 3 wishes, what would you wish for? (Rule: you can't wish for money or more wishes)," is another question.
