Street style stars at Fashion Week
New Zealand Fashion Week is just two weeks away and it's gearing up to be a good one.
Catwalk shows, after parties and celebrity studded events are de rigueur, but what we really love is the fabulous street style that graces magazines, newspapers and blogs.
Central city Auckland becomes filled with fantastic fashion during fashion week, and the hoards of street style photographers will be ready and waiting to snap it.
We predict the street style stars to watch this year.
The model: Widika of Red Eleven. The Indonesian-born model is known for her edgy cool outfits.
The international import: Patty Huntington of Frockwriter. This colourful blogger will be flying in from Australia to cover the event. Look out for her bravecolour combos and statement accessories.
The stylist: Kylie Cooke. The celebrity stylist of Top Model fame is a fan of bold prints and even bolder accessories. Plus, the lucky gal always has sport's latest gears.
The boutique owner: Jennie Loo. Jennie's enviable outfits feature pieces from her own designer store, mixed with her own finds.
The blogger: Aneta of Fashion Westie. This Auckland blogger is tomboy cool. She's walking proof that mums can be super stylish.
The fashion student: Thistle Brown. This kooky kid pushes the boundaries, and is always a highlight of any fashion event.
The fashion designer: Benny Castles of WORLD. We love WORLD MAN designer Benny Castles for his bookish gentleman style with a twist.
The PR person: Isabelle Tolich of Showroom 22. Quietly stylish, this fashion PR is always perfectly turned out.
The presenter: Amber Peebles. A regular on the party circuit, the trendy presenter knows how to work a good frock.
