Mobama's official portrait has been revealed! A glorious photo of the First Lady taken by photographer Chuck Kennedy shows FLOTUS in the Green Room of the White House leaning against a green chair.

The pearls are a nice touch, don't you think? They give off a stately, old fashioned vibe - two things not normally associated with Michelle Obama - and for good reason: the First Lady is seriously cool.

Now, is it just us or does she look like she's really embodying the role in 2013, as opposed to the 2009 portrait, where she looks just a smidgen less comfortable. Maybe it's the fringe, or 'bangs' as our American friends like to call it. Mobama, 49, recently said she got the chop as part of her midlife crisis. "I couldn't get a sports car. They won't let me bungee-jump. So instead, I cut my bangs." Oh! FLOTUS! Do go on! You've never looked better!
