The 10 most stylish royal ladies
No. 10 - Mette-Marit, Crown Princess Of Norway: This once single mother with a party-filled past is now one of our favourite royals: she's a champion of humanitarian issues and has a clean, modernist not-too-proper sense of style.
No. 9 - Queen Maxima of the Netherlands: The 42-year-old Dutch queen (who is actually Argentinean, and met her King in Spain) doesn't chase trends, yet always looks stylish.
No. 8 - Zara Phillips: Being an Olympian equestrian athlete, the second-eldest grandchild of the British queen is as comfortable in a pair of jodhpurs as a ball gown (PS: We're loving how much it's looking like her rugby player husband Mike Tindall is wearing a fascinator in the picture on the right. It's the little things).
No. 7 - Victoria, Crown Princess of Sweden: The princess, who is set to be Sweden's fourth queen regnant, certainly loves tiaras - but overall her style is sleek, modern and just-sexy-enough.
No. 6 - Charlene, Princess of Monaco: The former swimmer from South Africa's style is like sake - you either love it or hate it. Here she is, wearing three looks from her favourite designer, Akris.
No. 5 - Madeleine, Princess of Sweden: She wowed as a Valentino-clad bride just last month, but the fourth-in-line to the Swedish throne has always been known for her elegant, not-too-prim-and-proper style.
No. 4 - Letizia, Princess of Asturias: The 40-year-old former news anchor has been married to the Crown Prince of Spain since 2004 and is often compared to both Kate Middleton and Queen Rania. The mum-of-two girls is often spotted wearing Spanish designers - with Felipe Varela, Uterque and Zara dominating her wardrobe.
No. 3 - Queen Rania Of Jordan: The 41-year-old Kuwaiti-Palestinian isn't afraid to make bold fashion choices (like this bright blue Antonio Berardi gown), and she came in at number three.
No. 2 - Catherine Duchess of Cambridge: The soon-to-be-mum has one of the most watched wardrobes in the world, and she was close behind Mary in second.
No. 1 - Crown Princess Mary Of Denmark: The Hobart-raised Aussie has been voted the world's most fashionable royal lady. From left-to-right she wears Birgit Hallstein, a chic look for a christening and a tangerine Marc Jacobs dress.
