Karlie Kloss unwinds after a hectic New York Fashion Week day by going spinning.

The model has been a regular in this season's round of runways, walking for Anna Sui and Oscar de la Renta.

She enjoys the biannual fashion event and crams in fittings, shows and evening parties.

Karlie knows sleep is important to ensure she looks her best on the runway, so has an unusual way of relaxing.

"For me, it's ironic because the way I love to unwind is actually taking a Soul Cycle class," she laughed to modelinia.com.

"I love to sweat out all of my energy and anxiety, and a Soul Cycle class is really a great way to break a sweat and de-stress. It actually energises me in a weird way, and then that extra energy carries over and helps me get through the day.

"It gets your blood going and there's just something about it, you almost get a high when you exercise and do one of those classes."

As much as she loves walking in the shows, the 21-year-old star is also a fan of watching them. She was particularly taken with Alexander Wang's presentation, which featured silver shorts, crop tops and asymmetric tops.

"So many things!" she gushed, when asked what she has her eye on for Spring/Summer 14. "One thing I've seen on the runway that I already know I really want is the Parental Guidance T-shirt by Alexander Wang. I'm definitely pre-ordering that; I have to be the first to get my hands on one of those!"

Although she enjoys high fashion, Karlie's day-to-day look is more relaxed. She prefers comfort over the latest trends but does invest in pieces she knows she will wear a lot.

"I have to admit, you can never go wrong with a classic Manolo Blahnik pump. You can wear it with jeans and a T-shirt, or an evening dress, either way, you'll never go wrong. I love these black pumps that I'm wearing today!" she laughed.
