Kate Moss has leant her unique beauty to many an artist, often inspiring their best and most imaginative work.

As much a muse as she is a model, she has been captured by Terry Richardson, Mario Testino, Annie Leibovitz, Bruce Weber, Patrick Demarchelier, Juergen Teller and Karl Lagerfeld, just to name a few.

The model has appeared in so many iconic images that Christie's in London dedicated an entire exhibition to her earlier this year.

Over 25 years (yes, it's been 25 years since Kate was scouted by Storm Model's Sarah Doukas in JFK airport), she has managed to showcase the full extent of her modelling oeuvre.

And, with a career spanning that long, it almost feels like we've grown up alongside her - from her awkward, fifteen-year-old self in Corinne Day's photo of her toothy smile underneath a feathered headdress, to the mature, elegant woman we see now.

Here's to Kate Moss, probably the world's most photogenic human who we can thank slash blame for making "heroin chic", gladiator sandals and spray-on skinny jeans a thing.
