Punches are a great way to keep a summer party going without the hassle of having to repeatedly mix drinks for your friends all night.

The key to any good punch is balance.

So long as you are using flavours that match well together, this recipe is a universal formula that can be used to make hundreds of different punch creations.

Tip: Here 1 part equals 250ml but you can increase or decrease this to suit the number of people at your event so long as every element is changed by the same percentage.

Punch Tropicana 

1 part sweetner - 250ml passionfruit syrup
2 parts citrus - 250ml lemon juice + 250ml lime juice
3 parts spirits - 500ml Zumwohl plum schnaps + 250ml Stolen gold rum
4 parts - mixers - 500ml cloudy apple juice + 500ml pineapple juice
5x dashes angostura bitters
Build in a punch bowl with a large piece of ice. Stir & serve over ice chunks with fresh fruit garnish.

Everyone's palate is different, so feel free to add more sugar.
