* Chocolate ganache
* White chocolate and ginger ganache
* Powdered meringue for snow
* Chocolate for the arms
* Sugar-poached carrot for the nose
In a nutshell, you coat the chocolate ganache with white chocolate and ginger ganache by wrapping it in glad wrap into a ball.
Then add the chocolate arms (you piped earlier) and carrot nose to the head of the snowman that's covered in powdered white meringue.
