One of the most popular cocktails mixed today, the Mojito is a Cuban classic dating back to 1900. The name originates from "Mojo", a Cuban lime seasoning.

It became known as the cocktail with a little mojo which grew into Mojito.

Variations of the Mojito can be made using different fruits and liqueurs but it's pretty hard to beat this original recipe using Bacardi white rum.

For a full flavoured twist try using Stolen Gold rum and Bundeburg gingerbeer, instead of the Bacardi and soda.

Perfect for a hot summer afternoon in the company of good friends.
