BBQ broccoli (don't knock it till you try it)

This recipe is great if you're looking for more variety of things you can cook on the barbecue.
|1 head of broccoli|
|Salt and pepper|
1. Cut the broccoli into medium-sized pieces - I just cut each floret in half.
2. Add the juice of the lemon, salt and pepper and a healthy drizzle of olive oil to the broccoli in a bowl and leave for about half for an hour before cooking.
3. Cook on a medium to hot barbecue plate.
