Recipe competition: Tim Tam truffles
For our Christmas hamper competition, we're looking for the best recipes for festive fare.
This recipe for Tim Tam truffles is so easy and so delicious.
|1 packet of plain Tim Tams|
|100 grams of cream cheese|
|1 packet of milk chocolate melts|
|1/4 cup of white chocolate melts|
1. Blitz the Tim Tams until they become a fine crumb.
2. Add the cream cheese, roll into small balls and freeze for approximately 30 minutes.
3. Once they have been the freezer for 30 minutes, melt the milk chocolate melts and dip the balls in the melted chocolate (a fork is useful for this) and place on greaseproof paper.
3. Once the milk chocolate is set, melt the white chocolate, and using a fork drizzle the white chocolate over the top of the truffles.
