Furry Friday: Babes in arms

Millie reaches directly into your chest and twangs your heartstrings.

Millie reaches directly into your chest and twangs your heartstrings.

Why should you look at dozens of photos of puppies and kittens today? Let's come up with a justification.

How about this: You've scanned the serious news - the grim stuff about shootings and hackings, Trumps and Brangelinas. You're informed, if not cheered up. You've, as it were, eaten your greens, and now you crave  - nay, demand - dessert.

Well, tuck in your napkin and enjoy. This is one of the two or three yearly Furry Fridays in which the subject is youth - the bouncing babes, charming tots and big-eyed new entrants of the pet world.

It's a lot of sweetness, so please regulate intake and don't scroll too fast!
