Furry Friday: Gorgeous gingers at rest
Rusty came along as a stray kitten, 14 years ago, and stayed. Now he shares a home with four other cats (as well as sundry humans). He's a softie who craves attention.
Last month I put together a collection of ginger cats. The notices were good ("What gorgeous gingas!" - RaeJae). But it was inevitable that the ginger presence would continue on Four Legs Good.
Not just because ginger cats are endlessly popular, but also because I still have a truckload of ginger photos left over from last time - and they must be used! So don't be surprised if russet-coated felines play a prominent role in future Furry Fridays.
Today's lineup is of ginger cats at rest - sleeping or stretching or in some other way recumbent. The overall effect may make you want to curl up, yourself, so make sure you don't try to operate heavy machinery too soon after viewing.
Scroll and enjoy...and don't stop sending your photos.

Thanks to all for sharing their pictures. Please email me your own photos, or go to the Four Legs Good Facebook page and use the Upload Photo button. Help keep Furry Friday free of embarrassing mistakes by remembering to include your pet's name, and its sex if it's not obvious!

Eight-year-old Snivel came by his name because he cried a lot as a kitten. Snivel's a lot less anxious nowadays - he loves to sleep in this ultra-confident position.

Kittenhood is exhausting. Nikau (left) is tucked up with the family dogs. Dekkie may have got tired wielding those oversize paws.

This is Texas, who I can only assume was named after the famously big state. He's squeezed himself into a Colorado-size box.
