It's business time on The Block NZ.

It's almost two weeks in and, with a couple of challenges under their (tool)belts, the teams have dealt with wild weather, Auckland traffic and toilet facilities that quite honestly leave a lot to be desired.

Tonight, the teams are off to the beach to build and race boats made with duct tape, while one team apparently has some sort of shocking announcement to make. Much has been made of this on the TV3 promos, so it'll be interesting to see just how much of a shock this will really turn out to be.

Matthew Littlewood and Shaun Bamber offer constructive criticism as the teams aim to build a solid foundation for the next round.
