Inside Julia Roberts' NY apartment
The original pretty woman is selling a picture-perfect pied-a-terre in Manhattan.
Actor Julia Roberts is reportedly spending more time in Los Angeles and is parting with one of her east coast homes.
The star is asking $6 million for the three-bedroom pad at 45 West 10th Street.
The large post-war building is in the West Village between 5th and 6th avenues and, according to the listing, is "easy and breezy with a magical feeling".
Roberts must have left behind some of the aura that has made her America's sweetheart.
The apartment has a library, a terrace overlooking the famous New York City skyline, an open fireplace and three bathrooms.
The Oscar winner is retaining a Gramercy Park investment penthouse, which is tenanted, as well as properties in New Mexico and California.
In April this year, Roberts listed a $40 million Hawaiian island estate with a grand 1940s house and gun barrell ocean views.
Roberts features in an upcoming film called Money Monster, directed by Jodie Foster and co-staring George Clooney - appropriate, given the sum she'll pocket for her shrewd real estate investments.
