It may not be quite as enchanted as the one in Harry Potter, but the maze on this farm is pretty impressive.

The maze hedges are nearly 2.5m high, so you can't peep over the top when you get lost.

The listing agents have not referred to the name Badsell Farm Park in the listing.

The picturesque property, on 38.9ha, includes arable farmland.

The Tudeley brook runs through the property.

The house was originally built around the time of King Edward V11, and has been added onto over the years.

A large country kitchen provides every modern convenience.

There's a bower of grapes for easy picking in late summer.

The property has extensive gardens around the house.

Ponds and bridges enliven the landscape.

And there's a tree-lined driveway to enhance a sense of anticipation.

But it's not the only one. For your money – around £2,675,000 (NZ$4.7m) – you get nearly 40ha of arable land, a large country house, gardens, tree-lined driveway, ponds and bridges and a large open garage with a studio above.

However, we hope the name of the property isn't an omen. It is called Badsell Park Farm, but there's no mention of that in the listing, which is perhaps not surprising.
