Chrissy Teigen shuts down critic who accused her baby of being conceived before marriage
Chrissy Teigen is married and she wants the world to know.
The Thai supermodel announced on Christmas Eve that she and her husband, singer John Legend, were expecting a baby girl.
Teigen and Legend have been married since 2013, but a wayward social media follower wasn't going to let the truth get in the way of a judgmental tweet.
So proud and honored to have shot the cover of Vogue Thailand! Special to me for so many reasons...one being I am SO PROUD to be Thai, so excited to have shot a Vogue cover (a dream, of course) annnnd a couple minutes after this shot, John and I learned we were having our little baby girl! Twitter user Regina Karoscik, whose account has since been deleted, replied to Teigen's tidings of great joy, saying: "Doesn't anyone get married anymore before starting a family?"
Karoscik added the hashtags "#marriage" and "#responsibility" to emphasise her point.
Teigen responded by tweeting a screenshot of the comment, next to a photograph of her enormous diamond wedding band.

Just realized North tweeted 😂— Kim Kardashian West (@KimKardashian) December 14, 2015
Teigen is the latest celebrity to publicly shame a Twitter follower.
Earlier this month, Kim Kardashian turned into a grammar policewoman after a Twitter follower commented on a tweet posted by her 19-month-old daughter, North West, late at night.
When fans began questioning the lateness of the hour, Instagram user @isitcrystal chimed in to the debate: "And use a cellphone? Lol at the age of ONE." She added – and later deleted – "Your right and that's sad….they learn how to use cellphones now before they can ever wipe there butt."
Kardashian, who has not had the most grammatically correct Twitter history herself, responded scathingly: "Well at least North will know how to f...... spell you're and their."
