Kate Moss reportedly completed a boot camp-style cleanse to give her a youthful boost.

The 39-year-old model enjoyed an active social life last month. She apparently danced into the early hours at several bashes, including her best friend Fran Cutler's 50th birthday party.

It seems Kate then decided to give her body a break and spent ten days at the exclusive Lifeco Bodrum Well-Being Detox Center in Turkey.

At the facility, Kate followed a gruelling detox programme, consisting of exercise, a juice-only diet and daily enemas.

"Kate went to Lifeco for a week last year and absolutely loved it," a source told British magazine Grazia.

"After partying really hard over the last couple of months she wanted to feel fresh and good again and this was the perfect place to do it."

Kate was apparently accompanied by her pal Fran. The pair were happy to sacrifice alcohol and tasty treats during their stay at the centre  - which also specialises in fertility detox - in their bid to feel healthy and cleansed.

"Yoga, swimming and walking are all part of the programme. The aim is not to lose weight but to completely detoxify the body - leaving you feeling mentally and spiritually free," the source added.

"You can have as much herbal tea and soup as you like but no solids and definitely no alcohol."

Kate showed off the results of her hard work last week.

The star looked stunning in a Saint Laurent short black dress and tuxedo jacket as she attended Charlotte Tilbury's Rock 'N' Kohl launch in London.
