Kim K 'dreading' baby weight diet
Kim Kardashian is apparently "dreading shaping up" after the birth of her baby daughter.
The reality TV star and Kanye West welcomed North into the world earlier this month.
Curvy Kim struggled to dress her ever-growing frame throughout her pregnancy and sources say she is now swearing off having more children as she starts her post-baby body diet, exclaiming: "I'm dreading shaping up, I'm never doing this again!"
Days before giving birth, Kim was posting old pictures of modelling shoots to Instagram and Twitter.
Sources say the new mother is desperate to regain her pre-pregnancy figure.
"Kim's been obsessing over her old pictures for weeks now as inspiration. She hated the way her body changed and, for the last three months, would barely look in the mirror from the neck down. She was even reluctant to undress in front of Kanye. She's said she can't go through another pregnancy after all the stress and discomfort," the insider added to British magazine Closer.
"For now she's pretty adamant this will be her last pregnancy but her friends have told her lots of women feel that way in the early days and they change their minds later."
Kim is said to be turning to celebrity fitness guru Tracy Anderson (Gwyneth Paltrow's best pal) in a bid to shape up following her premature labour.
Insiders say the star has already started a 1,500-calorie a day diet.
"She wants to get back down to 115lbs and will get her back to a size 4-6 [NZ 8 to 10]. She's aiming to do it in three months but knows it'll be tough and could take longer," the insider explained.
"With Kim breastfeeding, she needs to ensure she's eating the right foods for the baby as well as the right amount of calories to enable weight loss."
Kanye is said to be concerned about Kim's new diet plan.
"He is worried she's even thinking about it. He thinks she should just be enjoying their little girl," the source added.
