They're renowned for their fantastic physiques - so just what kind of exercise do the Victoria's Secret Angels do to keep in shape?

Well, Adriana Lima loves a "challenge" while exercising.

The 32-year-old model often flaunts her enviable curves while wearing underwear for lingerie giant Victoria's Secret.

When keeping her body in shape ahead of the label's annual show Adriana enjoys an activity which tests her physical fitness as well as replenishing her mentality.

"I boxed twice a week [before the show]. It's great for the body, wonderful for the mind and it gives you the best shape ever. Plus, it is a challenge, which I love. When I'm travelling I'll pack a skipping rope in my bag as you can skip anywhere," she explained to British magazine You.

"My husband [Serbian basketball player Marko Jaric] and I have bikes and like to cycle around Miami, where we live."

Fellow Victoria's Secret Angel Karlie Kloss also enjoys taking part in vigorous workouts. She chooses exercise which gives her the exact figure she is after.

"I love SoulCycle - it's really good to just sweat like crazy - but I also like to do plenty of strength training, conditioning and toning," she added. "If you do too much cardio, you just get really skinny; I like to look strong and sexy."

Unlike her fellow models, British beauty Cara Delevingne doesn't have as much control over her exercising habits as she'd like to.

Rather than undertake a regular routine the 21-year-old blonde struggles to learn her limits.

"I have been working out a lot - I just keep going and pushing myself until I crash and burn, which isn't good.

"I never really know when to stop; when you are modelling you are constantly on the go and don't have the time to realise you need to slow down," she admitted.
