Well at least the song is kind of catchy.
Move over stripper classes, 'sexercise' by New York personal trainer Jason Rosell, 32, is threatening to become the latest fitness fad.
Rosell, who has trained clients such as Snooki and Drew Carey, is particularly passionate about fitness, having been bullied as a kid for being overweight.
His 'Sexercise' routine is not actually an aerobics class for extreme swingers, but is rather a 32-minute workout that will improve your body in a way that will boost your sex life through 'sexercises' like squats, lunges and booty pops.
Here are some of Rosell's key 'Sexercise' moves, as reported by the NY Daily News:
1. Caliente Squats: Stand with your knees apart and slightly bent. Bring your hips forward while tightening your abs and glutes and bend your knees so your thighs are parallel to the floor. This strengthens thrusting muscles in the lower back and abs.
2. Leg Scissors [this one sounds quite awkward]: Wrap your legs around your partner, lift body off the floor by thrusting upwards while tightening your abs, glutes and hamstrings at the same time.
3. The Booty Pop: Get on all fours. Pull your knees toward your chest and alternate them with the opposite arm for core and pelvic strengthening.
4. Ab Twist: Grip your hands together and lift each leg up one at a time while twisting your torso in the opposite direction.
