You know the first thing that comes to mind when we see Gwyneth Paltrow, problem area thighs.
But, 'ooh, trouble thighs', was what self-named 'fitness entrepreneur' and personal trainer Tracy Anderson thought when she met the 40-year-old actress back in 2006 - after Paltrow had just given birth to her second child, Moses.
Tracy told Into The Gloss that Gwyneth had weight woes post-second child and came to her, saying: "'I know you have a son - I just had Moses - and I can't get this weight off. I've never had a problem like this in my life.'"
"She had an extra 35 pounds (15.8 kilos) on her," Anderson continued of Paltrow's 2006 body.
"Her butt was long and she had outer thigh problems. Gwyneth is lucky because she's really tall, so she can hide it really well in clothes, but she had significant problem areas."
"I felt so badly for her, and thought I could really help," continued Gwyn's now-business-partner Anderson.
"So, I agreed, and she did everything that I asked. Seven years later, she looks younger every year," Anderson continued of Paltrow now that she's training with her. "She’s totally transformed. And she really does the work."

Significant problem areas? We'd say the message that there's anything wrong with this body - and especially on a woman who's just given birth - is a pretty damaging one.
So, what work exactly did Paltrow do to fix her trouble spots?
Here's a video describing the Tracy Anderson exercise method that Paltrow seems to be such a fan of, and which she famously said has given her "the butt of a 22-year-old stripper". Do they have short bums, then?
So pretty much a cross between Pilates, aerobics and Barre work then - just all performed in satin shorts.
