There's nothing more uplifting than a badass lady calling BS on body-shaming fools.

Like 26-year-old Jes Baker's myth-busting story about 'fat girls', for example. Or this lady, Taryn Brumfitt, who  turned the whole concept of 'before and after' photos on its head.

The former athelete and creator of  Body Image Movement posted photos of herself before and after childbrith.

The result is an honest account of a what a female body looks like post-pregnancy. "I want to show women that you can love your body before, during, and after," Brumfitt said.

Even though fitness is a huge part of her life, Brumfitt proves that having toned abs isn't the only way to show her commitment to good health.

"I am a health advocate. I run, I lift weights, I eat healthily but I also have a cookie with my soy latte and knock back the odd burger or yiros when I feel like it. It's called balance.

"And whilst I am getting on my soap box (I'll just be here for another minute) health is not dictated by your looks. Health is physical, emotional and spiritual and so much more that is not visible and not always obvious to others."

We can't agree more.

Yes, I feel so much better when I eat them.

No, it's all a con.
