Tough-talking fitness trainer Lee-Anne Wann is here to help. For the next six weeks she'll be showing Stuff readers how to kick those bad habits and get in great shape for the year ahead.
Wann, who is best known for presenting TV series Downsize Me, is a well-qualified trainer who has also written three books on health and fitness.
She's committed to motivating and inspiring people to make changes in their lives through fuss-free methods, because "it's simple, easy and damn effective".
Wann's Investing In You series kicks off on Monday January 16, with advice on integrating exercise into your lifestyle and starting a fitness regime. She'll also be talking about easy ways to watch what you eat and she wants to hear from readers about their health and fitness tips and tricks.
