Dick Smith Electronics in Fitzherbert Ave - found in The Plaza car park - is shutting down. The 348-square-metre retail space is now up for lease.
Closed doors a surprise
The saga of the ''mystery restaurants'' underneath @ The Hub in Rangitikei St in Palmerston North has taken yet another twist.
While Piazza is still empty after more than a year, neighbours Chili opened two months ago. But a sign has now gone up saying the restaurant will be shut for two weeks.
New Zealand Property Investors Federation president Andrew King will be in Palmerston North on Wednesday to give a presentation on planning for residential property success.
