New site?

Coffee chain Esquires looks set to open a site in one of the shops by Countdown in Kelvin Grove.

The company is advertising for people to buy into a ‘‘franchise opportunity’’ in a ‘‘new Kelvin Grove development’’.

There was an Esquires in The Plaza until the end of March, but it was liquidated and the site is now home to Donut King.
