Cafe and bar sales dominate this week's Business Time.

*Mao Bar in Palmerston North is for sale. The George St business, which has been around for about six years and purchased by Alan Rowell in 2010, is listed for $200,000.

*Theobroma Chocolate Lounge, which has a site in The Plaza, is for sale. The cafe chain has locations across the country.

*Hansen’s Cafe & Bar in Kimbolton is for sale. The business, which has been running for seven years, and building have an asking price of $250,000.

*Flat Hills Cafe, just outside of Hunterville, is also for sale. The property also comes with two houses and enough land for some farm animals. Price is by negotiation.
