Sam Johnson, the founder of Christchurch's 9000-strong Student Volunteer Army is heading to Manawatu.

Johnson, a "serial volunteer", will speak at an event tomorrow night at FMG Stadium from 5.30pm to 8pm.

He is the second speaker in a series of six, with former All White Noah Hickey set to speak in April, and another three inspirational speakers to be announced.
