The building which houses the Blenheim branch of Save Mart on the corner of Henry and Alfred streets is for sale and Save Mart is relocating to the former Trents Warehouse building on Stuart St.
Bayleys Marlborough commercial and business broker Grant Baxter said the Auckland-based owner of the nationwide recycled clothing business, Tom Doonan, bought the 7400 square metre site in the Blenheim industrial zone on Stuart St last month. Mr Doonan also owns the building on Henry and Alfred streets, which is for sale. Save Mart will take up the bulk of the space when they move to their new site within the next couple of months.
