CPR's new coffee outlet at Marlborough Lines Stadium 2000 was officially opened last night.
The outlet is in the former reception area, beside Subway.
The cafe, which will be operated by CPR, sells gelato as well as coffee.
Founder and director Christina Mackay said she had been planning the third CPR outlet in Blenheim for about 18 months, so was excited to have it open.
She has hired three extra fulltime staff and one casual worker, preferring not to move staff between stores.
CPR also operates a store in Wynen St, Blenheim, and at Blenheim Airport.
Co-director Bill Musgrove said they were approached to set up a store as a further hospitality option for the stadium.
"The location fitted well and it was an ideal way to grow our business in Marlborough," Mr Musgrove said. "The gelato has been a hit so far, and we're very proud to have it here in Blenheim it is delicious."
The store would be open seven days a week, from 6.30am to 7pm during the week; Saturday 7am to 4pm and Sunday 9am to 4pm but operating hours may be reviewed next month, Mr Musgrove said.
CPR (coffee premium roast), a boutique coffee-roasting company, was established in 2003.
