Global wine company Negotiants has signed a distribution deal with Mt Beautiful Wines, owned by former Blenheim man and National Business Review rich lister David Teece.

Mt Beautiful is based near Cheviot in North Canterbury, and Teece Family Vineyards distributes its wines to the United States, Hong Kong, Britain, Singapore, Canada and Australia.

Negotiants New Zealand distributes a large portfolio of wines from around the world.

The Marlborough wines in its portfolio include Giesen Estate, Greywacke, Fromm, Palliser Estate and St Clair Family Estate.

A subsidiary of the wine distribution company also fully owns Marlborough winery Nautilus Estate.
