The beer tents of Munich's famous Oktoberfest might have been more than 18,000 kilometres away but that didn't stop some keen Marlborough residents enjoying their own beerfest event.
Beer lovers from around the region descended on Gibbs Vineyard Restaurant near Blenheim for the event yesterday.
