Nick's Logging Limited has been liquidated after its Rai Valley director was declared bankrupt.
Nicholas Robertson's logging company was placed in liquidation in December last year at the same time he was declared bankrupt.
The final liquidator's report was released earlier this month.
Keiran Horne and Lynda Smart, of HFK Limited, were appointed liquidators at the time but Craig Melhuish was appointed in April to replace Smart.
The company was forced into liquidation after it fell behind in payments to the Inland Revenue Department.
The final report did not outline how much the company owed to its creditors because liquidators were unable to contact Robertson and were not able to get any company records.
"There are no assets available and no funds have been recovered in the liquidation," it said.
Robertson could not be reached for comment yesterday.
The first liquidator's report revealed the company owed at least $63,000 to its secured and unsecured creditors.
The company owed $1488 in court costs, $60,113 to Inland Revenue Department and $1436 to its unsecured creditors.
The company would be removed from the Companies Office Register later this year if there were no objections from creditors.
