Searchers have failed to find missing Blenheim man Glyn Davis, who was last seen near Lake Waikaremoana in northern Hawke's Bay on October 8.
It is understood that Land Search and Rescue used a planned weekend exercise to search for Mr Davis, 55.
A Wairoa police spokeswoman said this morning that the police were not searching for Mr Davis today.
He is described as caucasian of slim build, 198 centimetres tall, with short, grey hair and a grey beard. He was last seen wearing trackpants, a green top and sneakers, and was carrying a small backpack.
