Man acquitted of rape

A Blenheim man has been acquitted of rape following a jury trial in the Blenheim District Court this week.
Mu Fiso, 28, was unanimously acquitted yesterday of raping a 15-year-old girl on October 18, 2010.
Mr Fiso had interim name suppression, which was lifted by Judge Denys Barry. The trial began on Monday.
