People in Marlborough are being offered the chance to relive New Zealand's Olympic history and get a picture with a gold medal at a mobile Olympic museum in Blenheim today and tomorrow.
The Samsung Olympic Experience truck uses the latest technology including a 3D television, smart phones and mobile tablet computers to help Kiwis get involved in the 2012 London games.
The truck, which is at Marlborough Lines Stadium on Kinross St, features videos of every New Zealand Olympic medal moment and a programme allowing people to look up past Olympians and games.
The truck holds memorabilia including the shoes Peter Snell trained in before his gold medal triumphs at the 1964 Tokyo games and past Olympic torches.
Visitors can also take photographs of themselves with a replica gold medal and email the Kiwi team at this year's Games in London.
The truck is at Marlborough Lines Stadium and closes at 4pm today. It is open to the public all day Saturday.
