Big machines, big fun - the Marlborough Truck and Trade Show is on Sunday at Riverlands Roadhouse in Blenheim.
A truck parade starts at 8.30am from Bunnings and travels down Nelson St and on to Riverlands Roadhouse.
The show is on from 10am to 3pm. Entry is by gold coin donation.
The event is a fundraiser for Riverlands School.
Your destiny - Rai fete
The Rai Valley Spring Fete is being held on Sunday from 11am to 4pm at The Carluke Domain in Rai Valley.
A range of arts, crafts, artisan producers and food will feature alongside activities for youngsters such as face painting, pony rides and water walkers.
Money raised will go toward upgrading the toilets at Carluke Domain and painting the Rai Valley Area School pool.
Country musician Matt McNeilly, Marlborough Boys' College barbershop quartet Fella Voce, The Wairau Plains Music Muster and world champion dancer Kelly Webster will provide the day's entertainment.
Entry by gold coin donation.
The Mad Hatter's Toy Party is on tonight at 7pm at the Picton Little Theatre on Dublin St.
Members of Circus Aotearoa, Nelson-based Community Art Works, and Auckland-based Unicycle.co.nz will perform juggling, unicycling and acrobatics for free to celebrate the end of the week-long FUSE business Arts Initiative Course.

In celebration of Older Persons Day on Monday, John's Kitchen is offering all senior citizens free tea or coffee at the Koha Cafe, 2 Redwood St, Blenheim from 8.30am to 1.30pm.

Daylight saving starts on Sunday. Spring forward one hour at 2am. Not literally but put your clocks forward an hour, probably best on Saturday night before going to bed.
