No decisions have been announced on the future of clients and services at Te Rapuora o te Waiharakeke in Blenheim.
A Nelson Marlborough District Health Board spokesman told the Marlborough Express last night there were "no further updates at this stage".
The health board said earlier this week it was working towards a decision on replacing services provided by Te Rapuora as quickly as possible.
Te Rapuora is the largest Maori health services provider in Marlborough. It announced last month it will close at the end of the year because of financial problems.
Te Rapuora manager Aroha Metcalf had hoped for a decision by Wednesday on who will take over providing the services to its clients.
