Three sections of the Boulevard Park on Taylor subdivision have sold in less than a month, says Harcourts Marlborough agent Ben Macky.
The 25 sections in the second stage of the Marlborough District Council's subdivision in Taylor Pass Rd south of Blenheim went on sale by offer on November 22.
Mr Macky said they had received four offers by the deadline on Wednesday; three are under contract and one is under negotiation.
"It's a good result."
Private buyers and builders were interested in the subdivision because of the shortage of available sections in Marlborough, he said.
Sections range from 650 square metres to 940sm and prices range from $171,000 to $183,000 for a reserve site backing on to the Wither Hills Farm Park.
Council subsidiary MDC Holdings plans to develop up to 350 sections along Taylor Pass Rd.
