The Marlborough Wine & Food Festival is sharing its 30th birthday with some of New Zealand's top chefs.
Top of the list is New Zealand MasterChef judge, chef and restaurateur Josh Emett.
With a string of new restaurants including Ostro in Auckland, Rata and modern Asian restaurant Madam Woo in Queenstown, the Kiwi Michelin-starred chef is fast becoming a man to be reckoned with in the culinary world. Josh has also just released his first cookbook, CUT, which focuses on great meat recipes for the home cook.
He will wow festivalgoers with two cooking demonstrations in the culinary pavilion showcasing Cloudy Bay Clams.
Also featuring at the 2014 Festival is Asian culinary mastermind Sachie Nomura.
Sachie is the chef and creator of the award-winning Asian cooking school Sachie's Kitchen in Parnell, Auckland.
She has a new cooking series, also called Sachie's Kitchen, which celebrates her native Japanese cuisine.
She will be showcasing NZ King Salmon at the festival to share her passion for Japanese and other Asian cuisine.
The festival will be held at Brancott Vineyard on February 8.
Tickets are available from ticketek.co.nz and i-Site centres in Blenheim and Picton.
