Are you involved in the farming community and struggling to prioritise what is really important in your daily chores?

A half-day workshop dedicated to helping reduce the stress of day to day farming through strategic planning is being held next Wednesday and the farming community is invited.

Sponsored by Dairy New Zealand through the Dairy Women's Network, the workshop is designed for both men and women throughout the industry and across the Kaikoura district.

Guest speaker Tony Watson has been involved in coaching people, management and development for more than two years and aims to impart his knowledge to anyone who feels they would like to strike more of a balance in life, prioritising what really matters in life rather than trying to do everything but accomplishing nothing.

The workshop normally costs $950+GST, but is free of charge to Kaikoura farmers. It will be held at the Suburban Hall on Schoolhouse Rd, on November 18, from 9.45am to 2pm.

Register with Johanna O'Callaghan on 319 5211, or mow-jos@clear.net.nz. Bookings are preferred, but spaces will be available for anyone to turn up on the day.
