After a successful event in October, dressage rider and trainer Julia Lee is hoping to encourage more young people to take part in her upcoming pony riding and care school holiday programme.

All abilities are catered for, from beginner to experienced, and ponies can be provided, or children are welcome to bring their own.

Over the two weeks' school holiday in October, six morning sessions were held, with a maximum of four children per session.

Activities included learning to ride, grooming, theory sessions, mucking out, tack cleaning and games.

Six more sessions are scheduled for January, for children aged 6 to 14, so if you would like to find out more, contact Julia on 319 6762 or email
