If you are wanting to get in training for an event or just wish you could run without wasting unnecessary energy, natural runner James Kuegler could help you improve your technique.

The running coach will be in town next Monday, February 11, following on from the Speights Coast-to-Coast.

Suitable for runners of all abilities, the two-hour workshop will offer a mixture of theory and practical hands-on advice to improve technique and performance, allowing your body to move the way nature intended and to eliminate problems.

The workshop will be in the St Joseph's School grounds from 5pm till 7pm. Cost $30 an adult, children welcome.
