No court, no rules, no limits. The once-sedate game of badminton has been reinvented.
Forget the white frocks on manicured lawns; the latest version, speedminton, is fast, fearless, fun and suitable for any age.
Combining the best elements of badminton, tennis and squash, you can play the freestyle version of speedminton anywhere you can swing a racket; on the beach, rooftops or even in the dark.
The Central Badminton Club is holding an open afternoon on Sunday to give people the chance to try this exciting sport.
If you think this sounds like the game for you, be at Pollard Park near the tennis courts between 2pm and 5pm on Sunday.
