New Zealanders Nathan Cohen (rear) and Joseph Sullivan come in second place in the semi final of the men's double skulls at Eton Dorney during the London 2012 Olympic Games.

Picton's Joseph Sullivan and his New Zealand double scull rowing team-mate Nathan Cohen will row for gold at the London Olympics at 10.50pm today (New Zealand time), not 8.50pm as previously advised.

World champions for the past two years, the Kiwi duo finished second in the semifinal on Tuesday and are among the favourites to win the Olympic title.

The Marlborough Express was advised of the time change to the original schedule this morning.

The Picton Rowing Club's planned blue and white celebrations at Oxley's Hotel tonight will begin as scheduled at 7.30pm, leading up to the final at 10.50pm, according to club spokeswoman Susan O'Rourke.
