More rowing tonight

New Zealand rowing rock stars will shoot for gold on the Games course tonight.

First up is single sculler Mahe Drysdale, keen to put his Beijing disappointment behind him and mount the top of the podium this time. His final begins at 10.30pm NZT.

Next up at 11.20pm are the hottest of hot favourites for gold, the boom pair of Eric Murray and Hamish Bond. It will be a major upset if they don't continue their almost total domination of this event.

Wairau's Fiona Paterson and double scull partner Anna Reymer race their final at 11.30pm.

They have a tougher task than their fellow Kiwis tonight, but are a medal chance.

Times are subject to change.
