Antarctic Memorial is a water colours exhibition by Blenheim artist Shirley O'Connor showing at the Yealands Estate Marlborough Gallery in Blenheim.

Last year O'Connor was among the hundred people who flew with Air New Zealand to Scott Base for a memorial service for loved ones lost on Mount Erebus in 1979. On November 28 that year, O'Connor's husband Ian and brother Ronnie were among the 237 passengers on the Air New Zealand Flight 901 which hit the side of Mount Erebus and broke up, killing all people on the flight.

O'Connor's water-colour paintings, done after her hours on the ice last year, can be seen in the Clear Water viewing room until December 16.
