How to eat better and look younger
There's no point shelling out huge sums on face creams and eye serums if your diet isn't up to scratch. Pop these 12 things on your plate and anti-age from the inside out.
BERRIES: They say blueberries are one of nature's super foods, but all berries have amazing anti-ageing properties. Super rich in antioxidants such as flavonols and anthocyanins, they promote cell health and fight the free radicals that cause wrinkles.

DARK CHOCOLATE: Sorry guys, this isn't a free pass to eat all the chocolate you want, but studies do show that eating a small amount of dark chocolate a day can help protect the skin from the damaging effects of UV exposure. It also increases the skin's circulation and helps it to retain moisture in the skin.
FISH: Fish oil is high in Omega-3 fatty acids, which reduces inflammation and does a whole raft of good things for your heart. Fresh fish is good for you in for exactly the same reason. Fish is also a great source of healthy fat, which is good for your hair and skin. The best types to eat are salmon, tuna, sardines and yellow-eyed mullet.
OLIVE OIL: Not all fats are created equal. While animal fats should be consumed in moderation, you can go (slightly) crazy on the olive oil. With its monounsaturated fat it keeps your heart healthy, but it's also a wonderful hydrator for healthy skin.
