The word chopper couldn't be more appropriate for this unusual motorcycle built from wood.

Hungarian Istvan Puskas laboured for two-and-a-half years building his machine out of weather-resistant black locust firewood.

Puskas describes himself as a die hard fan of choppers but couldn't afford to buy one for himself.

And, unlike many other wooden bikes, this one is more than just a showpiece, with Puskas adding a Fiat engine to give it some go.

Puskas has also added some other unique features including cow horns for handlebars and exhaust pipes, while a wooden barrel is the fuel tank.
