It is possibly the most iconic car in the history of movies and it could be yours for a cool NZ$5.27 million.
One of four 1964 Aston Martin DB5s built for the James Bond franchise has been put up for sale in Britain by owner Thomas Strauman, a Swiss millionaire.
As befitting the world's most famous secret agent, the Aston Martin comes complete with hidden machine guns, smoke machine, revolving number plates, radar, hubcap blades, and bullet-proof shield.
However, the car is missing its famous ejector seat which Straumann had removed during a 3000 hour overhaul undertaken after he bought it for NZ$3.2m.
The car is one of two used in the promotion of the Thunderball movie but is not the one then James Bond, Sean Connery, is seen leaning on in the movie.
The last time a Bond DB5 was on the market, it sold for NZ$4.89m.
